圣召塈教育基金会审批程序
Application procedure

     1、先由本人提出申请并加盖所在修院或学校的公章，还要附上推荐人意见；

    ① Applicants should submit an application to the Fund first, and include the recommendations of those making the recommendation. (The referee may be the parish priest, the rector or the seminary or the teacher in charge of class).

    2、基金会收到申请后，先由秘书处对其申请研究核实，合乎标准者发给其表格，请按表格要求认真填妥并寄回本基金会；

    ② The Fund will study and evaluate the application as soon as we have received it. Once we verity the facts, we will send a form to the applicant. Please mail the forms to our Fund after completing them carefully.

    3、每年3月和9月，基金会将根据评估小组建议对所有申请表格统一进行审批，并据情况或登报或寄向合作伙伴或退回处理；

    ③ The Fund will examine and approve the completed forms in March and September each year. Then we will give the applicant a favorable answer, and according to actual conditions, we publish the forms in the Faith newspaper or mail them to another Fund for obtaining aid.

    4、基金会对度奉献生活学生的申请一经批准，即尽力惠助（包括学杂费、生活费和其他必要补助）。故要求推荐人对其学习、灵修进行严格审查并出具意见，以保证基金的合理发放使用；

    ④ For seminarians and sisters, the Fund will take responsibility for the applicants' educational life (including tuition fees, cost of living expenses and other necessary expense.) after going though the applications of the seminarians and sisters. So the rector should carefully investigate and give some detailed comments on applicants' learning formation and spiritual formation in order to guarantee the funds will be used correctly.

    5、基金会对申请的学生，要求其提供本人的详细家庭收入情况和学习成绩，并要求推荐人签署意见；

    ⑤ For the students, whether they are Catholics or not, the applicants should provide detailed information of their family income and their school grade scores. In addition, the rector of class or the parish priest ought to sign their comments.

    6、基金会将根据受助者的不同情况分别签订资助协议，以保证捐款的专款专用，并使受助者安心学习，完成学业；

    ⑥ The Fund will sign the aid contact according to the varying conditions of the applicants. It is our aim to use the funds for the specified project and to help persons in need to study and finish their education.

    7、受助者收到捐款后，认真填写回执并寄回本基金会；

    ⑦ The person in need should fill out the receipt carefully and send it to the Fund after he has received the aid money.

    8、受助者须在每学期期末考试后，向基金会函报学习成绩及在校表现。

    ⑧ The person in need should report his grade scores to the Fund at the end of each term-exam.
